At OB Concrete, we are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of construction and custom concrete services, our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits

  • A deposit may be required before work begins to secure your project and schedule.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, equipment has been scheduled, or work has commenced.

  • If a project is canceled before any materials are purchased or work begins, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of OB Concrete, less any administrative or planning costs incurred.

Project Payments

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

  • Each project is custom-built to the client's specifications and cannot be returned once completed.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe there is an issue resulting from our workmanship, please notify us within 30 days of project completion.

We will:

  • Inspect the reported issue.

  • Determine whether it is related to our workmanship.

  • Repair any verified workmanship defects at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper use or maintenance.

  • Extreme weather or natural events.

  • Ground movement, settling, or soil conditions beyond our control.

  • Damage caused by third parties or unauthorized modifications.

Project Changes

Any changes requested after work has begun may result in additional costs and schedule adjustments. These changes must be approved by both parties before proceeding.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply to cover labor, materials, permits, or other costs already incurred.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • OB Concrete is unable to perform the agreed-upon services.

  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the contract before substantial work has begun.

  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
